Thanks to shortened connections with our partners, the service provides the opportunity for fast and economical delivery to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Israel with extremely shortened transit time.

Thanks to DX GLOBAL service, shipments can reach final recipients within 4-6 business days to the USA , 6-10 business days to Canada and 8-12 business days to Australia, New Zealand and Israel.

The volumetric weight of a shipment is derived from the volume of the shipment (in m3) multiplied by a factor of 200. For an example shipment weighing 1 kg and measuring 20 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm or 0.2x0.3x0.2=0.012 m3 the volumetric weight would be 0.012x200=2.4 kg.

Delivery within the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Israel is via local post offices and shipments can be tracked on their websites as well as ours - www.direx.bg.

Shipments sent with DX Global service can be insured in case of damage or loss.

A remote address fee may apply for shipments over 0.33 kg to the USA of 1.5 EUR, which is shown in advance when preparing the shipment. Direx applies a charge for collecting parcels from an address of 3.52 BGN including VAT regardless of the number of parcels collected/received. In towns where there is no Direx office, customers are served by our trusted partner, Econt and Speedy. With Direx you have the option to insure your parcels in case of damage or loss. The commission for insurance with coverage up to 45 euros is worth 0.75 euros, and with coverage up to 150 euros, the commission is worth 1.50 euros.

Shipments weighing up to 0.9 kg. are calculated on the basis of actual weight, and in the range from 0.9 kg. to 5 kg. is taken into account the greater value- volumetric or physical weight. The volumetric weight of a consignment is obtained from the volume of the consignment (in m3) multiplied by a factor of 200.

For an example shipment weighing 1 kg and measuring 20 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm or 0.2x0.3x0.2=0.012 m3, the volumetric weight would be 0.012x200=2.4 kg.

Each DX Global service shipment must be packaged by the shipper in a manner that allows it to be transported safely and must have a shipping label affixed. Shipping labels are generated and printed in A6 format directly from the sender's customer profile available on the Direx website.

Shipments are also delivered with a printed Customer Manifest, which is generated from each shipper's profile and is an acceptance report (with number and barcode) between the customer and Direx EAD.

Special customs documentation is not required for shipments being sent to EU countries. For shipments outside the EU with a value of up to €50, each shipment must be accompanied by 4 pro-forma invoices.

Customs requirements vary according to the type of goods and their invoice value. Check in advance that the goods do not fall under a list of prohibited goods for shipment or those subject to special handling. Ensure that the HS Code, country of origin and contents information described is correct.

Shipments to the entire world must be accompanied by a pro forma invoice in English, which is automatically generated by our system, and must have the correct HS Code, country of origin and an accurate description of its contents entered. If the information is incorrect or missing, the processing and receipt time may be changed.

Shipments to worldwide are delivered to the recipient's address or to a local branch of a partner postal operator, according to local shipping practices.
Due to the specific nature of USPS services in the United States and as a result of the COVID-19 anti-epidemic measures, shipments are delivered to the recipient's address, and if the recipient is not present the shipment may be left in a post office box or at a local USPS partner post office.

Returned shipments (those refused by the recipient or those with an incomplete or inaccurate address) are delivered back to the sender at the shipping cost. If the recipient does not want their shipment, there is an option to destroy the shipment free of charge.
