DX EXPRESS

With the DX EXPRESS service you can send your small shipments weighing no more than 15 kg. (and value up to € 50 for shipments outside the EU) to a recipient’s address worldwide.

The DX EXPRESS service offers the ability to send shipments with one of the TOP 3 courier companies in the world – DHL, TNT / FEDEX and UPS.

Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days for the EU and 2-4 working days for other countries.

* All prices are in euros without VAT (charged for EU countries).

Direx applies a fee of 3.52 BGN including VAT, for collecting shipments from an address, regardless of the number of taken/received shipments . In cities where there is no Direx office, customers are served by our trusted partner - Econt. With Direx you have the opportunity to insure your shipments in case of damage or loss. The commission for insurance with coverage up to 45€ is worth 0. 75€, and for coverage up to 150€, the commission is worth 1. 50€.

To calculate the price of the shipments, the larger of the volume or actual weight of each shipment is used. The volumetric weight of a consignment is obtained from the volume of the consignment (in m3) multiplied by a factor of 200. For an exemplary consignment weighing 1 kg and measuring 20 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm or volume 0.2x0.3x0.2 = 0.012 m3 the volumetric weight would be was 0.012x200 = 2.4 kg.

Every shipment with the service DX Express must be packed by the sender in a form that permits its safe transport and be accompanied by a label for delivery. Delivery labels are generated and printed in A6 format directly from the sender's client profile available on the Direx site.

Consignments are also delivered with a printed Client's Manifest, which is generated from the profile of each sender and represents a pass-through protocol with a number and barcode between the clients and Direx.

No special customs documents are required for shipments sent to EU countries. For shipments outside the EU of up to EUR 50, each shipment must be accompanied by 4 pro-forma invoices.

Returned consignments (refused by the recipient or those with incomplete or inaccurate address) are returned to the sender without any additional fee if the percentage of such shipments does not exceed 3% of all shipments sent by the consignor. A higher rate may incur an additional fee.

* Please note that due to the customs requirements for parcel preparation, we are currently unable to offer the DX EXPRESS service for shipments outside the EU over 50 Euro!
